Job summary

Bidfresh is seeking a Delivery Driver (3.5T) to serve restaurants and catering clients across the route. You will handle multi-drop deliveries, ensuring accuracy, safety, and on-time performance while representing the Bidfresh brand on every visit.

The role emphasizes customer service, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with a 40-hour week and early starts to support fresh food delivery.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence (up to 3.5 tonnes) required.
• Previous experience as a Delivery Driver or similar role is beneficial.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good literacy, numeracy and basic IT skills.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
• Reliable, organised and able to work independently.
• Positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Complete multi-drop deliveries across the route.
• Deliver fresh and temperature-controlled products safely and on time.
• Provide excellent customer service at every stop.
• Build strong relationships with customers while representing the Bidfresh brand.
• Load and unload products safely and efficiently.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects.
• Follow delivery schedules with high accuracy.
• Ensure all deliveries comply with company and food safety standards.

Join Bidfresh as a Delivery Driver and play a key role in getting fresh ingredients to restaurants, pubs, hotels and catering customers across your route. You'll complete multi-drop deliveries, provide great service at each stop and help make sure our customers receive their orders safely, accurately and on time.

This is more than a driving role. You'll be the face of Bidfresh, meeting customers every day, building strong relationships and making sure every delivery is handled with care. What you'll be doing

• Completing multi-drop deliveries to customers across your route
• Delivering fresh and multi-temperature food products safely and on time
• Providing excellent customer service at every delivery
• Building strong relationships with customers and representing the Bidfresh brand professionally
• Loading and unloading products safely and efficiently
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
• Following delivery schedules while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Making sure all deliveries are completed in line with company and food safety standards

What we're looking for
