Job summary

Delifresh in Bicester is seeking a Multi Drop Delivery Driver (3.5 tonne) to join our team. You will start early, load your van and complete multi-drop deliveries to customers, keeping the vehicle clean and safe for the next day.

You'll work 45 hours across 5 days out of 6, with training and support provided. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including holidays, pension, and access to the Deli Life Platform for everyday savings.

Qualifications

• Minimum lifting requirement up to 25 kg.
• Clean driver’s license; up to 6 points considered.
• Full training and support provided.
• CPC courses up to date – training program available.

Responsibilities

• Take care of customer orders from loading to safe delivery of orders.
• Represent Delifresh while on the road, driving safely and within the law.
• Look after your vehicle, including safety checks and cleanliness.
• Report delays or shortages promptly.
• Work as part of One Team and support colleagues as needed.

About The Role

We enable support for colleagues from day one, we pride ourselves on delivering a platform of enabling us all to ‘Better Than Yesterday’ – such support is driven from the beginning with a period of induction and coaching to set you up to succeed in your role.

A day in the life of your role would include a 4am start, supporting loading your vehicle at our Bicester depot before hitting the road to be the face of Delifresh and complete multi drop deliveries to our many valued customers. Before returning to your depot and supporting the vehicle to be cleaned and prepared ready for the next day.

You will work 45 hours per week over 5 days out of 6.

You will be responsible for:

• Taking care of our customers order, from loading onto your van to ensuring the safe delivery of our customer’s orders as if they were your own.
• Representing Delifresh whilst on the road, driving safely, responsibly and within the law.
• Looking after your vehicle, like it's your first car – including safety checks and cleanliness.
• Report any issues with delays or shortages straight away.
• Working to our values, we see ourselves as ‘One Team’ – supporting other drivers and warehouse teammates as needed.

About You

We’re looking for positive, dynamic people who take pride in both being ‘Brilliant To Work With’ and being the face of Delifresh and prioritising our customers’ requirements. The minimum lifting requirement for the role would be up to 25kg (the equivalent of a sack of potatoes)

It would also be great if you had:

• A clean driver’s license, however, drivers with up to 6 points will be considered
• Experience in a similar role, but don’t worry if not, full training and support is provided
• CPC courses that are up to date – still talk to us if not, we have access to a full training program
