Job summary

Bidfresh is hiring a Delivery Driver to transport fresh ingredients to restaurants, pubs, hotels and catering customers across your route. You’ll complete multi-drop deliveries, provide great service at each stop and help ensure orders are received safely, accurately and on time.

This role is more than driving; you’ll be the face of Bidfresh, meeting customers daily, building relationships and handling deliveries with care.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence (up to 3.5 tonnes)
• Previous experience as a Delivery Driver, Multi-Drop Driver, Van Driver or similar role is beneficial
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good literacy, numeracy and basic IT skills
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Reliable, organised and able to work independently
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service

Responsibilities

• Completing multi-drop deliveries to customers across your route
• Delivering fresh and multi-temperature food products safely and on time
• Providing excellent customer service at every delivery
• Building strong relationships with customers and representing the Bidfresh brand professionally
• Loading and unloading products safely and efficiently
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
• Following delivery schedules while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Making sure all deliveries are completed in line with company and food safety standards

Salary:£26,540 per year plus up to £450 quarterly bonus

Hours:40 hours per week, 5 from 7,

05:30 am starts
