The role: As an HGV Cat C1 7.5t Driver, you’ll be committed to delivering an outstanding level of service. You’ll be professional, driven, and enthusiastic. This role reports into the branch management team and involves providing the highest level of service to internal and external customers, delivering products to meet tight deadlines.

As a City Plumbing 7.5t Driver, you will interact with customers, deliver goods, and resolve any issues that arise. You may also support branch activities such as serving on the trade counter and handling customer inquiries by phone, helping us provide excellent service and maximize sales. Requirements: A valid HGV Cat C1 driving licence for 7.5t vehicles, CPC certification, and previous driving experience. Knowledge of industry products is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure health and safety for yourself and your vehicle.
2. Maintain the vehicle's condition and report issues.
3. Comply with transport laws and regulations.
4. Pick orders and load vehicles efficiently.
5. Support sales targets and customer service excellence.
6. Assist with branch duties including serving customers and maintaining standards.

You: Possess a clean Cat C1 (7.5t) driving licence, ideally with previous experience. Customer service skills and product knowledge are advantageous.
