Thrive Recruitment is seeking a 7.5T Delivery Driver to work for our client based in Begwary, Bedford.

Location Details:

Begwary is near St Neots, Wyboston, and Eaton Socon (MK44 postcode).

Position Details:

This is a permanent vacancy.

About the Company:

Our client is a market leader in supplying non-mechanical products for hire or sale. They offer good holiday allowances, career progression opportunities, private healthcare, social events, and a Christmas shutdown period.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Driving a 7.5T vehicle to various locations across the country.
2. Typically making around 2 drops per day, depending on delivery locations.
3. Performing heavy lifting and ensuring the safety and quality of delivered items.
4. Communicating effectively with customers and site personnel to maintain high service standards.
5. Assisting in yard duties as required.
6. Operating a FLT Counterbalance truck if licensed.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, starting at 6 am until completion of daily tasks.

Salary:

£28,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Valid 7.5T, Class C1 driving licence.
2. No more than 6 minor penalty points.
3. No endorsements for DD, DR, IN, or TT99.
4. FLT Counterbalance licence is an advantage, whether from a governing body or in-house training.

Start Date:
