Join Us as an HGV Driver 7.5t Cat C1

We are looking for a dedicated 7.5t Driver to help us grow, deliver sales, and exceed customer expectations.

Role Overview

As a 7.5t Driver, you will deliver outstanding service, be professional, driven, and enthusiastic. Reporting to the branch management team, you will provide high-quality service to internal and external customers, delivering products within tight deadlines. You will interact with customers, resolve issues, and support branch activities, including serving on the trade counter and handling customer calls, to maximize sales and ensure excellent service.

Requirements

This role requires an appropriate HGV C1 driving licence, CPC, and previous driving experience.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure health and safety of yourself and your vehicle
2. Maintain vehicle condition
3. Report issues or incidents promptly
4. Comply with transport laws and regulations
5. Pick orders and load vehicles
6. Support sales targets and uphold high standards of customer service
7. Assist with branch and warehouse duties as needed, including serving customers and maintaining housekeeping standards

Preferred Skills and Experience

Previous driving experience and knowledge of industry products are advantageous. A clean Cat C driving licence is essential, and a passion for customer service is vital.
