Job summary

Eclipse Hotels Group is seeking a Driver to provide safe, friendly transport for guests at the Holiday Inn Bristol Airport. You will be the first and last team member guests meet, and your courteous manner helps create a memorable stay.

You will perform routine vehicle checks, keep cars clean and presentable, and assist the wider hotel team as needed. The role includes nights, weekends and bank holidays on a varied schedule, with opportunities to deliver excellent service across the IHG brand.

Qualifications

• Full, clean driving licence required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, approachable and professional manner.
• Good knowledge of the hotel area or willingness to learn.
• Strong problem solving skills and calm guest handling.
• Good attention to detail and high standards.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends and bank holidays.

• Providing a safe, efficient and professional transport service for our guests
• Welcoming guests warmly and assisting them when entering or leaving the vehicle
• Engaging with guests and providing helpful information about the hotel and local area
• Delivering personal recognition and excellent service to IHG One Rewards members
• Keeping company vehicles clean, presentable and ready for use
• Completing routine vehicle checks and reporting any maintenance or safety concerns
• Ensuring company vehicles are maintained in line with all legal and company requirements
• Supporting the wider hotel team when required
