Eclipse Hotels Group is seeking a Food & Beverage Service Supervisor for Holiday Inn Bristol Airport. You will lead the team in a high-standard F&B operation, ensuring guest satisfaction from welcome to farewell.

You will manage service flow, stock, and guest relations, delivering True Hospitality across this hotel group’s Bristol site, with opportunities for career progression and training.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of local food safety laws.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Know your menus and products; guests may ask about ingredients and allergens.
• Prepare and serve drinks to high standards, considering guest requirements.
• Identify VIP guests and provide personalised service.
• Allocate roles to F&B staff on shift and support team.
• Act as Restaurant Host during busy periods.
• Act as Duty Manager for the property.
• Complete stock taking and stock ordering.
• Create a warm welcome and set the tone for guests' experience.
• Present each meal as a feast for the eyes and a treat for the taste buds.
