Job summary

Marshall Jaguar Land Rover Oxford is seeking a dependable Driver to support daily vehicle movements and collections. You will be a vital part of the sales and service experience, representing our brand wherever you go.

You will collect and deliver vehicles, plan routes, and assist with forecourt movements while upholding safety standards and road laws. This full‑time role offers benefits including life assurance, a pension scheme and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering automotive parts (or similar) in a long-wheel-base van.
• Valid UK driving licence and a clean road-traffic record.
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting sales targets.

Full-time | 45 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Help keep our customers and sales teams moving - from forecourt to front door.

At Marshall Jaguar Land Rover Oxford, we’re looking for a dependable and customer-focused Driver to support our daily vehicle movements and collections. In this dynamic and varied role, you’ll be a vital part of the sales and service experience, representing our brand wherever you go.

In this role:

• You’ll collect and deliver vehicles to customers and other Marshall locations, helping ensure smooth sales and service operations.
• You’ll plan routes efficiently and adapt to changes in schedule, including using public transport for return journeys when necessary.
• You’ll assist the sales department with forecourt and showroom vehicle movements.
• You’ll uphold our safety standards and road laws in every journey you take.

Qualifications:

• Someone with previous experience delivering automotive parts (or similar) in a long-wheel-base van.
• Someone with a full UK driving licence and a safe, responsible driving record.
• Someone results-driven, eager to meet and exceed sales targets on every route.
• Most importantly, someone who’s positive, eager to learn, and ready to make a real impact as part of our team.
