Join a dedicated team as a DRIVE Case Manager to tackle high-risk domestic abuse. You will engage directly with perpetrators to promote behavioural change and improve safety for victims. Location: Across 3 London Boroughs depending on your location
Salary: £29,000 - £33,000, Negotiable depending on experience
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Contract: Fixed-term until 31 March 2026 - potential for extension depending on funding
Are you passionate about making a tangible difference in the lives of individuals and families affected by domestic abuse? We're looking for a dynamic and dedicated DRIVE Case Manager to join a forward-thinking team working to reduce high-risk domestic abuse and create lasting change.
As a DRIVE Case Manager, you'll play a vital role in a multi-agency initiative tackling high-risk perpetrators of domestic abuse. You will work directly with service users to promote behavioural change, reduce harm, and improve safety for victims and families.
This is not just about case management - it's about building trust, influencing long-term change, and collaborating with partners to deliver coordinated interventions that hold perpetrators accountable and support them in addressing the root causes of abusive behaviour.

You're empathetic, resilient, and driven by a belief in positive change. You can balance assertiveness with compassion, and you're comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. You'll also need a full UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel within the London Boroughs and occasionally work evenings or weekends.
