Job summary

Building Careers UK Ltd is seeking a Drainage Scheduler for our Birkenhead operation to coordinate planned maintenance and reactive drainage works. You will allocate jobs to engineers and subcontractors, plan efficient routes, and keep clients updated on attendance and changes, ensuring service levels are met.

You'll work with operations managers, engineers and suppliers in a fast-paced environment, using iTouch and CRM systems, with a focus on accuracy, timelines and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in drainage or related scheduling roles.
• Strong customer service experience and communication skills.
• Experience with job management systems (iTouch) and CRM.
• Proficient in MS Office and route planning.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily/weekly plans for PPM and drainage works.
• Allocate jobs to engineers and subcontractors with priorities.
• Provide client updates and maintain records in the CRM.
• Contribute to KPI achievement and reporting.
