About the Role
You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of drainage repairs including excavations, patching, lining, and no-dig solutions. You’ll work on both residential and commercial projects, either independently or as part of a team, ensuring that jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. This is a full-time, field-based role where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out drainage system repairs through excavation, occasional patching and lining techniques
  • Operate machinery and tools competently and safely
  • Follow safe systems of work and complete all relevant paperwork, including risk assessments and permits
  • Provide clear updates to customers before, during, and after works
  • Record work progress with photographs and job notes
  • Prioritise workload and manage multiple jobs while maintaining high standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure project deadlines are met

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Drainage Repair Engineer
  • Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
  • Strong understanding of health and safety in excavation and repair work
  • Ability to read and interpret drainage plans and technical drawings
  • Experience operating digging machinery and repair tools
  • Confined Space, HPWJ, or NRSWA tickets are desirable but not essential
