Job Opportunity: Field Service Engineer

We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Service Engineer based in Sheffield for a reputable manufacturer and supplier of construction equipment. This is a full-time, permanent role.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair on earthmoving equipment.
• Service, inspect, and repair earthmoving machinery.
• Diagnose faults and troubleshoot issues.
• Assist with processing warranty claims.
• Escalate issues related to damaged equipment.
• Coordinate with customers to understand and meet their requirements.

Requirements

• Mechanical and electrical engineering experience.
• Experience with Heavy Plant or agriculture machinery.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a related industry.
• Valid full clean driving license.
• Strong IT skills, including diagnostic repairs.

Role Summary

Salary: GBP17.45 - GBP19.36 per hour
Location: Sheffield
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours plus overtime
