• £17-£21.50 per hour, based on experience
• Regular overtime opportunities at increased rates
• Overtime on Monday – Saturday paid at 1.33 x hourly rate
• Overtime on Sundays and Bank Holidays paid at 1.66 x hourly rate

The duties of a Field Service Engineer will include:

• Carrying out work on Forestry & Recycling machinery
• Engine work
• Hydraulic builds
• Electrical work
• Fitting of components
• Servicing
• Attending breakdowns
• General maintenance work
• Completion of workshop-based work as required

What you will need:

• Time-served experience as a Field Service Engineer or Workshop Engineer working on Forestry and/or Recycling machinery
• Hardworking ethic with experience of completing ‘price work’ to a high standard
• Relevant experience in servicing/maintaining heavy equipment
• Commercially minded with a ‘get the job done’ attitude
• Good time management skills and ability to estimate and meet target labor times
• Good work ethic and ability to work independently
• Within a commutable distance to the location
• Willingness to go above and beyond, enthusiastic about work and the company's reputation
• A desire to grow with the company and embrace varied work, industry, and location
• Team-oriented, positive, responsible, and solutions-focused attitude
