Job summary

Drain Doctor, a Neighbourly brand, is seeking a Drainage Engineer for field-based work across residential and commercial clients, delivering high-quality drainage services.

You will diagnose, repair and maintain drainage systems using CCTV surveys, jetting and现场 plumbing tools, while ensuring excellent customer service. A Full UK Driving Licence and customer-facing skills are essential; full uniform and PPE are provided.

• Drainage tanker experience (desirable)

Responsibilities

• Emergency call-outs and planned maintenance for drainage investigations and repairs

• Carry out drain clearance, descaling, root cutting, patch lining and minor excavations

Purpose of the Role

As a drainage engineer, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing and resolving drainage issues for residential and commercial clients. You’ll work with the latest equipment and technology to deliver high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Emergency call-outs and planned maintenance for drainage investigations and repairs
• Investigate, diagnose and resolve issues using CCTV surveys, high-pressure water jetting, rods etc.
• Carry out drain clearance, descaling, root cutting, patch lining and minor excavations
• Liaise directly with customers to explain issues and solutions

Experience / Skills / Knowledge

Experience:

• Previous drainage experience
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Customer-Facing Experience
• Drainage tanker experience (desirable)
