Job summary

Lanes Group in Glasgow is seeking an Administrator to support the drainage depot network. You will handle day-to-day admin, data entry, invoicing, and coordination with engineers and management to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of Microsoft packages/ Excel and general admin experience.
• Good customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Scottish water workings would be beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Raising work packs on in house system (training provided).
• Scheduling / programming jetting engineers.
• Invoicing completed work packs.
• Email management.
• Weekly payroll submission.
