Job summary

Lanes Group is seeking a role to support CCTV Drainage Engineers in Glasgow, focusing on inspecting and surveying drainage systems with specialist CCTV gear. You will help identify blockages and defects so repairs can be planned and carried out.

Location is Glasgow with Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week. Starting pay is £13.00 per hour DOE, accompanied by 21 days holiday plus bank holidays. A valid UK driving license is required; additional desirables include Banksman and NRSWA competencies.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license is required.
• Banksman, Manual Handling, Emergency First Aid, NRSWA, EUSR National Water Hygiene and medium risk confined space are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support CCTV Drainage Engineers in inspecting, surveying and assessing drainage systems.
• Maintain good customer service and communication.
• Update site documentation using electronic tablet.
• Follow approved method statements and safe systems of work.
• Report hazards and issues according to procedures.
• Operate machinery and tools safely.
• Maintain equipment and PPE.
