Marshalls is hiring an Operations Team Member for our Ranskill site near Retford. You will operate on the production line during a 6am–2pm or 2pm–10pm shift, Monday to Friday, helping manufacture high-quality brick and masonry products while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment operating a line.
• Excellent teamwork and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• FLT counter balance license is advantageous.
• Willingness to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery on production line to manufacture brick and masonry products.
• Support production processes and quality checks to meet standards.
• Maintain safe working practices and assist with equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth, efficient production.
