Job summary

Marshalls plc in Burton-on-Trent is seeking an Operations Team Member to join our manufacturing site. You will operate manual and semi-automated machinery and, where qualified, forklift trucks, to move materials and finished products safely around site.

• Experience in manufacturing, production or industrial environments.
• Experience with semi-automated machinery or robotics is desirable.
• Basic computer skills are preferred.
• Current accredited FLT licence is preferred.

• Commitment to health, safety and quality standards.
• Willingness to learn and build a long-term career.

Salary: £31,473 + Benefits

Shifts: Monday - Friday (45 hours per week) / Single Shift (6am - 3pm)

We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Operations Team Member to join our well-established team in Burton-on-Trent.

So, what's the mission?

You’ll operate a variety of manual and semi-automated machinery, use hand-powered tools, and, where qualified, operate mobile plant such as Forklift Trucks to move materials and finished products safely around the site. You’ll also support the wider team with general site upkeep, including housekeeping, cleaning, painting, and other maintenance tasks to help maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
