• Experience in a Technical Management role within FMCG manufacturing.
• Proven track record leading UK retailer, certification, and regulatory audits.
• Experience coaching and developing technical and operational teams.

Responsabilidades

• Owns the site Food Safety & Quality Management System and ensures compliance with standards and customer requirements.
• Leads HACCP, GMP, sanitation, and pest control programmes to maintain a safe manufacturing environment.
• Leads internal and external audits, inspections, and corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.
