Job summary

Fletchers Bakeries Ltd in Sheffield is seeking a Quality Front Line Manager to lead the Technical function on-site. You will own food safety and quality performance, manage incidents, and drive corrective actions to protect product integrity and customer confidence.

You will conduct internal audits (hygiene, GMP, allergen, CCPs), lead traceability exercises, and support export processes with the supply chain and site veterinary teams. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Food Hygiene and Level 2 HACCP qualifications.
• Trained Internal Auditor with GMP experience.
• Competent in Microsoft Office and quality data management.

Responsibilities

• Own on-site food safety and quality performance, manage incidents and non-conformances.
• Lead investigations, implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct internal audits (hygiene, GMP, allergen, CCPs) and support traceability exercises.
• Present findings during customer and third-party audits.
