Job summary

YouFibre is seeking a Field Sales Executive in Preston, Lancashire. You’ll be out meeting residents and switching them to YouFibre broadband, with uncapped commission and an OTE of £50K. A £250/month car allowance is provided, and the role is full-time (37.5 hours per week).

You must have a full UK driving license and access to a car. The base salary is £25,000–£28,000 per year, with additional benefits including pension, a £50 phone allowance, 25 days leave, and other wellbeing perks.

Qualifications

• Solid sales experience, preferably in door-to-door or field sales.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and manage conversations to close.
• Motivated by targets and commission-based earnings.

Responsibilities

We're not your typical broadband provider, and this isn't your typical door-to-door sales role. You'll build your own pipeline, take ownership of your performance, and directly influence your success.

What you will be doing:

• You’ll be out and about going door-to-door, speaking to residents and helping them make the switch to broadband they can bank on.
• You’ll manage your own pipeline, turning great conversations into customers.
• You will be driving your performance - hitting and exceeding your targets consistently
• Building relationships will be second nature, both within the local community and internally too.
• You’ll be open to feedback, eager to learn and able to adapt your approach.

What you will bring:

• You have a full, clean UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
• You’re driven by working towards targets and motivated by results.
• You’ve got solid sales experience ideally in a face-to-face role and know how to engage people and get that yes.
• You’re friendly and confident and enjoy real conversations.
• Confident going solo, you thrive on managing your time and hitting targets in the field.
