Job summary

YouFibre is seeking a Field Sales Executive in Blackburn to drive new customer sign-ups for our broadband services. You will own your pipeline, travel locally, and earn a base salary of £25,000 with uncapped commission and an on-target earning (OTE) of £50,000.

A £250 monthly car allowance and business travel are provided, plus engaging training and peer support. You'll work in a hands-on role building relationships with residents, managing conversations, and converting interest into customers

Qualifications

• Full, clean UK driving license required.
• Solid face-to-face sales experience preferred.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with excellent people skills.

Responsibilities

• Out and about in Blackburn speaking to residents and helping them switch to YouFibre broadband.
• Manage your own pipeline and convert conversations into customers.
• Drive performance by hitting and exceeding targets consistently.
• Build relationships within the local community and with internal teams.
• Be open to feedback, eager to learn and adaptable in approach.

Field Sales Executive

Location: Blackburn, Lancashire

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: From £25,000 per annum + uncapped commission (OTE £50K)

What you will be doing:

• You’ll be out and about going door-to-door, speaking to residents and helping them make the switch to broadband they can bank on.
• You’ll manage your own pipeline, turning great conversations into customers.
• You will be driving your performance - hitting and exceeding your targets consistently
• Building relationships will be second nature, both within the local community and internally too.
• You’ll be open to feedback, eager to learn and able to adapt your approach.

What you will bring:

• You have a full, clean UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
• You’re driven by working towards targets and motivated by results.
• You’ve got solid sales experience ideally in a face-to-face role and know how to engage people and get that yes.
• You’re friendly and confident and enjoy real conversations.
• Confident going solo, you thrive on managing your time and hitting targets in the field.
