Job summary

YouFibre Limited in Dumfries is seeking a Field Sales Executive to drive residential sign-ups for our broadband. You’ll be out and about, door-to-door, explaining the benefits of YouFibre and switching customers, with a base salary of £25,000 plus uncapped commission (OTE £50K), and a £250 monthly car allowance. Business travel paid.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door speaking to residents to switch to YouFibre broadband.
• Manage your own sales pipeline and convert conversations into customers.
• Drive performance by hitting and exceeding targets.

Field Sales Executive

Department: Sales

Compensation: £25,000 - £50,000 / year

Location: Dumfries

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: From £25,000 per annum + uncapped commission (OTE £50K)

£250 a month car allowance

What you will be doing:

• You’ll be out and about going door-to-door, speaking to residents and helping them make the switch to broadband they can bank on.
• You’ll manage your own pipeline, turning great conversations into customers.
• You will be driving your performance - hitting and exceeding your targets consistently
• Building relationships will be second nature, both within the local community and internally too.
• You’ll be open to feedback, eager to learn and able to adapt your approach.

What you will bring:

• You have a full, clean UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
• You’re driven by working towards targets and motivated by results.
• You’ve got solid sales experience ideally in a face-to-face role and know how to engage people and get that yes.
• You’re friendly and confident and enjoy real conversations.
• Confident going solo, you thrive on managing your time and hitting targets in the field.
