Job summary

YouFibre Limited in Runcorn is seeking a Field Sales Executive. The role offers a basic salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per year plus uncapped commission and an OTE of £50,000. A £250 monthly car allowance and business travel are included.

You’ll drive door-to-door engagement, manage your pipeline, and aim to exceed targets while building local relationships. Applicants must hold a UK driving license and have access to a vehicle.

Qualifications

• Must have full, clean UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
• Solid sales experience, ideally in a face-to-face role, and ability to engage people and achieve a yes.

Responsibilities

• Out and about in the local area, talking to residents and helping them switch to the broadband YouFibre service.
• Manage your own pipeline, turning conversations into customers.
• Drive performance by hitting and exceeding targets consistently.
• Build relationships within the local community and with internal teams.
• Be open to feedback and adaptable in approach.

What you will be doing:

• You’ll be out and about going door-to-door, speaking to residents and helping them make the switch to broadband they can bank on.
• You’ll manage your own pipeline, turning great conversations into customers.
• You will be driving your performance - hitting and exceeding your targets consistently
• Building relationships will be second nature, both within the local community and internally too.
• You’ll be open to feedback, eager to learn and able to adapt your approach.

What you will bring:

You have a full, clean UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.

• You’re driven by working towards targets and motivated by results.
• You’ve got solid sales experience ideally in a face-to-face role and know how to engage people and get that yes.
• You’re friendly and confident and enjoy real conversations.
• Confident going solo, you thrive on managing your time and hitting targets in the field.
