Job summary

YouFibre in Wrexham is seeking a Field Sales Executive to build your own pipeline, drive door-to-door broadband sign-ups, and earn uncapped commissions.

You’ll manage your time, hit targets, and enjoy a strong rewards package including a £25,000–£28,000 base, £250/month car allowance, and an OTE of £50K, plus pension, phone allowance, and 25 days annual leave.

Qualifications

• Must have a full, clean UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
• Driven by targets and results.
• Solid sales experience, ideally face‑to‑face, with ability to engage people and get a yes.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door speaking to residents and helping them switch to broadband you can bank on.
• Manage your own pipeline and convert conversations into customers.
• Drive your performance by hitting and exceeding targets consistently.

Field Sales Executive

Location: Wrexham, North West

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: From £25,000 per annum + uncapped commission (OTE £50K)

What you will be doing:

• You’ll be out and about going door-to-door, speaking to residents and helping them make the switch to broadband they can bank on.
• You’ll manage your own pipeline, turning great conversations into customers.
• You will be driving your performance - hitting and exceeding your targets consistently
• Building relationships will be second nature, both within the local community and internally too.
• You’ll be open to feedback, eager to learn and able to adapt your approach.

What you will bring:

• You have a full, clean UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
• You’re driven by working towards targets and motivated by results.
• You’ve got solid sales experience ideally in a face-to-face role and know how to engage people and get that yes.
• You’re friendly and confident and enjoy real conversations.
• Confident going solo, you thrive on managing your time and hitting targets in the field.
