Job summary

CharityLink is seeking a Field Sales Executive to work exclusively with Dogs Trust, fundraising door-to-door nationwide. You will represent the charity directly to the public, inviting people to set up ongoing monthly donations while enjoying a guaranteed basic salary plus uncapped commissions.

You’ll receive full training and guidance from a venues team on lucrative fundraising areas. Travel between postcodes is expected, with mileage reimbursed beyond 20 miles.

Qualifications

• Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Drive, resilience and a competitive approach to hitting targets.
• Genuine passion for charitable causes, especially Dogs Trust.
• Stamina for an outdoor role across all weather conditions.
• Door-to-door sales experience is desirable but full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Fundraise in areas recommended by venues team and hit targets.
• Open conversations with residents and make every doorstep count.
• Share the Dogs Trust story and encourage regular giving.
• Handle objections and convert conversations into monthly donors.
• Stay positive and energetic through rejection and tough days.
• Record donor details accurately on your tablet and follow data protection rules.
• Travel independently between postcodes.
• Represent Dogs Trust in a professional, ethical and positive way.
