Job summary

Charity Link is seeking a Field Sales Executive to work exclusively with Dogs Trust, visiting communities to invite ongoing monthly donations. The role offers a guaranteed basic salary with commissions on top, and an OTE exceeding £50,000 for strong performers.

You will receive full training, with guidance from the venues team on where to fundraise. Mileage is reimbursed beyond 20 miles and you’ll travel between postcodes as you build your donor base.

Qualifications

• Door-to-door sales experience is desirable but not essential.
• Full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Fundraise in areas recommended by venues team, aiming to hit targets.
• Open conversations with residents and make every doorstep count.
• Share the Dogs Trust campaign story and the case for regular giving.
• Handle objections confidently and convert conversations into monthly donors.
• Stay positive and maintain energy through rejection and tough days.
• Record donor details accurately on your tablet following data protection rules.
• Travel independently between postcodes.
• Represent Dogs Trust professionally and ethically.
