Charity Link is recruiting a Field Sales Executive to work exclusively with Dogs Trust, visiting communities to build a steady stream of monthly donors. The role offers a guaranteed basic salary plus uncapped commission, with on-target earnings around £47,000 and over £50,000 achievable with strong performance.

You’ll receive full training and ongoing support, with guidance from our venues team on where to fundraise.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather.
• Full training provided; guidance from venues team as you progress.
• Travel between postcodes; own transport not required

Responsibilities

• Fundraise in areas recommended by venues team to hit targets.
• Open conversations with residents to sign up monthly donations.
• Share the Dogs Trust story and impact to secure regular giving.
• Handle objections confidently and convert conversations into donors.
• Stay positive and energetic despite rejection and busy days.
• Record donor details accurately on a tablet following data protection rules.
• Travel independently between postcodes.
• Represent Dogs Trust in a professional, ethical way
