Charity Link is recruiting a Field Sales Executive to work with Dogs Trust, promoting regular giving door-to-door. You’ll be paid a guaranteed basic salary with uncapped commission, targeting an On-Target Earnings of £47,000; some days can push earnings beyond £50,000 if targets are met. Training is provided and career progression is available.

The role is outdoor, requiring you to be on your feet in all weathers, with support from venues team to identify strong fundraising locations.

Responsibilities

• Fundraise in areas recommended by venues team and hit targets.
• Open conversations with residents and make doorstep conversations count.
• Share the Dogs Trust story and encourage regular giving.
• Handle objections and convert conversations into monthly donors.
• Record donor details accurately on a tablet per data standards.
• Travel independently between postcodes and represent Dogs Trust professionally.
