Job summary

Charity Link is seeking a Field Sales Executive to work exclusively with Dogs Trust, fundraising door-to-door and inviting ongoing monthly donations. You’ll start with full training, receive guidance from our venues team, and earn a guaranteed basic salary with uncapped commission, aiming for OTE around £47,000 and potential over £50,000.

The role is outdoor, on-site, full-time with mileage reimbursed beyond 20 miles, and offers ongoing support and training to help you hit targets.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and meet targets.

• Great storytelling about Dogs Trust and the impact of giving.

Responsibilities

• Fundraise in recommended areas and hit targets as you build a record of success.
• Open conversations with residents and convert interest into donations.
• Share the Dogs Trust story and the impact of regular giving.
• Handle objections confidently and convert conversations into long-term monthly donors.
• Stay positive and maintain energy through rejection and tough days.
• Record donor details on a tablet and follow data protection rules.
• Travel between postcodes as required.
• Represent Dogs Trust in a professional, ethical and positive way.
