Job summary

Scotsman Group is seeking professional, reliable Door Supervisors to join its venues across Scotland. You will be the first point of contact, greeting guests, managing access, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

The role requires a valid SIA Door Supervisor Badge and strong communication. Availability for shifts including late nights and weekends is expected, with opportunities for progression through Scotsman Steps.

Qualifications

• A valid SIA Door Supervisor Badge is mandatory.
• 2 years experience within a similar role would be preferred.
• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to diffuse high tension situations.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and managing crowds and queues.
• Dealing with conflict; restraining and escorting customers off of the premises if required.
• Ensuring the safety of customers and staff at all times.

The Role

We are currently seeking professional, reliable, and customer-focused Door Supervisors to join our dynamic team of Security Staff in our venues. As a Door Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for all guests at our venues. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they are greeted with a friendly and approachable manner, while also managing access and handling any security-related issues.

Role Responsibilities

• Monitoring and managing crowds and queues
• Dealing with conflict; restraining and escorting customers off of the premises if required
• Ensuring the safety of customers and staff at all times

The Person

• A valid SIA Door Supervisor Badge is mandatory for this role
• 2 years experience within a similar role would be preferred.

• Availability to work shifts, including late nights and weekends at key times during the year.
