Qualifications

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor Badge required.
• Approximately 2 years' experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills to diffuse high-tension situations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage crowds and queues.
• Dealing with conflict; restraining and escorting customers off premises when required.
• Ensure the safety of customers and staff at all times.
