Scotsman Group is seeking professional, reliable, and customer-focused Door Supervisors to join our security team across our venues in Scotland. You will be the first point of contact for guests, manage access, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment while addressing security issues as they arise.

The ideal candidate holds a valid SIA Door Supervisor Badge, has around 2 years of experience, and demonstrates excellent communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• SIA Door Supervisor Badge is mandatory for this role.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar security role preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage crowds and queues.
• Deal with conflict; restrain and escort customers off premises if required.
• Ensure the safety of customers and staff at all times.
