Job summary

FAAC Spa is seeking a maintenance technician with experience in automatic doors to perform planned and reactive tasks in the United Kingdom. The role includes modernization/upgrades, safety inspections, and on-site customer support.

The candidate should hold BS7036/EN16005 compliance knowledge, a full driving licence, and CSCS card. English language skills are required, and involvement in health, safety, and quality processes is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with automatic doors desirable.

Responsibilities

• PPM, reactive maintenance and modernization/upgrades of automatic doors.
• Complete door safety checks and investigate incidents and customer complaints.
• Provide on-site customer support and recommendations for product improvements.
• Adhere to company processes and maintain QHSE compliance.
• Manage tablet/paperwork, stock, vehicle, uniform and PPE as required.
• Complete mandatory box tests after each job.

WORK TASKS: PPM, Reactive & Modernization/Upgrade Call Completion. OOH Rota Duty. To Provide Customer & Colleague Technical Support & Product Modernization Recomendations.

To Complete Door Safety Checks & Investigate Door Incidents & Customer Compliants.

To Offer A Flexible Approach To Working Hours.

To Provide On Site Customer Support To EQS Customers.

To Adhere To Company Processes & Procedures & Highlight Improvement Opportunities,

To Deliver Customer Service & Maintain QHSE Compliance At All Times. To Be A Team Player.

Tablet/Paperwork, Stock, Vehicle, Uniform & PPE Manangement & Maintenance.

To Comply With All Customer Specific On Site Arrival/Pre-Work/Working/Departure Processes & Procedures.

To Complete Mandatory Box Tests After All Calls.

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: BS7036/EN16005

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Previous knowledge and experience of working on automatic doors is highly desirable.
