Job summary

Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity is seeking a Fundraising Executive to join the donor retention team. You will help deliver a regular giving programme and support the emotion-led supporter stewardship strategy, with a hybrid work model requiring at least 2 days in the London office.

The role reports to Ann Hayes and offers a salary of £34,563 per year. Closing date is 6 October 2026.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of donor retention, stewardship, or supporter experience.
• Experience tracking and reporting on performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Deliver stewardship communications for regular givers.
• Support campaigns across digital, direct mail and telephone stewardship.
• Collaborate with third-party agencies for day-to-day retention activity.
• Provide project and administrative support, track income/ expenditure and improve processes.
