Muslim Hands in Nottingham is seeking a Donor Engagement and Retention Manager to shape and own a new role. You will develop our donor retention strategy from scratch and design multi-channel journeys to onboard and nurture donors.

You will lead on re-engagement for lapsed donors, interpret audience insights, and collaborate across teams to place donors first in all communications. Hybrid/remote role with occasional travel to Nottingham and London; 35 hours per week; salary up to £50,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years+ experience in a fundraising team with knowledge of UK fundraising regulations.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of retention metrics.
• Clear and confident communicator.
• Self-starter - able to shape and own a new role.

Responsabilités

• Develop a retention strategy for donor base across one-off, regular, major and lapsed donors.
• Manage retention budget and multi-channel donor journeys (email, SMS, WhatsApp, app, web, social, telemarketing).
• Collaborate with back-office teams to set up journeys and optimise performance.
• Monitor retention KPIs and report monthly to senior leadership.
• Develop and execute feedback strategy with field offices.
