Job summary

Imperial College London is recruiting a team coordinator for the Regular Giving and Legacy programme. You will help support the fundraising team, handling administration and coordinating campaigns across direct mail, email and phone activity to engage alumni and donors.

Qualifications

Experience in customer, alumni or donor focused environment.
Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage a varied workload and a process led approach.
Outstanding written and oral communications and interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Proven attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
Sound understanding of customer relations databases (CRM) to manage donor data.

Responsibilities

Support the Regular Giving team in direct marketing fundraising and administration.
Help deliver direct mail, email, and telephone campaigns to donors.
Coordinate donor data and records within the CRM.
Provide administrative support to the team.
