Job summary

The Gurkha Welfare Trust is seeking a dedicated individual to manage all new donor streams, including mail and email campaigns. This role involves converting one-off donors into regular givers and developing strategies for legacy giving.

You will collaborate with fundraising teams to implement integrated campaigns and ensure compliance with GDPR guidelines while maximizing income from donor streams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Trust’s strategy for donor acquisition and stewardship.
• Prepare and monitor the annual income and expenditure budget.
• Deliver existing integrated campaigns across various channels.
• Work with the Database Manager for data selections and supply.
• Measure attrition in donor groups and develop reactivation strategies.
• Collaborate with creative agencies on fundraising campaigns.
• Ensure high standards of donor care and compliance with GDPR.
• Maximise Gift Aid income from acquisition appeals.
