Job summary

Alder Hey Children’s Charity in Liverpool is seeking an Individual and Legacy Assistant to join the Charity team. The role focuses on supporter journeys, website content, and the smooth running of fundraising campaigns.

You will maintain supporter records on Salesforce, handle Gift Aid and regular giving processes, and assist with legacy enquiries and the Free Will Writing service. The position is office based with potential future hybrid working.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration and data processing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent customer or supporter care skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate supporter records on Salesforce.
• Administer Gift Aid, tribute pages, and regular giving.
• Support legacy enquiries, pledgers, and Will Writing service.
• Help update pages on the charity website and support campaigns.
• Diary management, minute taking and meeting organisation.
