Job summary

Claire House Children’s Hospice on the Wirral is seeking a Legacy & In Memory Fundraiser to support the Legacy & In Memory Manager in delivering our fundraising strategy. You’ll engage supporters, steward relationships and handle administration with empathy and care.

Working with teams across Fundraising, Admin and Communications, you’ll grow legacy giving, maintain records in the CRM and present insights to inform campaigns, while developing your skills within a supportive environment that

Qualifications

Experience of managing supporter or customer relationships.
Excellent people skills with tact and empathy.
Ability to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written communication and IT skills.
Experience with CRM or databases is desirable.

Responsibilities

Support the Legacy & In Memory Manager in implementing legacy and in memory activities and campaigns.
Deliver high-quality stewardship and build meaningful relationships with legacy and in memory supporters.
Respond to supporter enquiries promptly and appropriately, including complex enquiries.
Maximise opportunities to promote will writing and legacy giving with colleagues across the organisation.
Maintain accurate supporter records and CRM systems to track engagements.
Research legacy giving trends and keep marketing materials up to date.
