Job summary

Alder Hey Children’s Charity is seeking an Individual Giving and Legacy Assistant to join the team in Liverpool with hybrid-working. You will help deliver supporter journeys, manage campaigns, and ensure a warm, prompt response to enquirers at every step.

You will maintain accurate supporter records in Salesforce, assist with Gift Aid, tribute pages, regular giving, and coordinate legacy enquiries and the Will-writing service. Interviews scheduled onsite on 2 November 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience in individual giving and legacy fundraising.
• Experience using donor databases and CRM systems.
• Ability to coordinate campaigns and supporter journeys.

Responsibilities

• Support generation of income and donor journeys.
• Manage website content and fundraising campaigns.
• Maintain supporter records in the CRM and process Gift Aid.
• Assist with legacy enquiries, pledgers, and the Will-writing service.
