Job summary

Sheffield Hospitals Charity in Sheffield is seeking an experienced fundraiser to lead and grow its Individual Giving and Lottery programme. You will develop supporter journeys, drive acquisition and retention, and oversee partnerships to generate sustainable income for the NHS hospitals and services.

You will manage a small team, use data to optimise campaigns and supporter experience, and collaborate across channels to maximise impact for patients and staff across the city.

Qualifications

• Experience in individual giving, direct marketing or supporter-led fundraising.
• Strong understanding of supporter acquisition, retention and stewardship.
• Effective people manager with good communication and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the charity's individual giving and lottery programmes.
• Develop successful fundraising campaigns across multiple channels.
• Increase supporter acquisition, retention and regular giving.
• Oversee lottery performance and relationships with external partners.
• Use data and KPIs to drive income growth and improve supporter engagement.
• Manage and develop a small team, ensuring excellent supporter care and campaign delivery.
