NHS Blood and Transplant is seeking a flexible, customer-focused supervisor to lead Donor Carer staff and support blood donors during donation sessions. Reporting to the Sister/Charge Nurse, you will help ensure smooth operations with a focus on clinical and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing on-session activities, and handling administration while providing a welcoming environment for donors.

Qualifications

• Experience dealing with the public and delivering quality customer care.
• Proven supervisory and leadership abilities in healthcare or similar setting.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Willingness to learn digital skills and new technology

Responsabilités

• Supervise Donor Carer staff and support on-session activities.
• Manage session setup, vehicle loading/unloading, and paperwork.
• Handle admin tasks to support the team and ensure smooth donor flow.
• Organise session activities and welcome donors to create a positive experience.
