St Richard's Hospice is seeking a dedicated Donations Collection & Delivery Driver to join our team at the Leigh Sinton warehouse. The role involves collecting and delivering donated goods across Worcestershire, with a view to extending weekend operations.

A full UK driving licence and C1 classification are essential, along with physical fitness for heavy lifting. Based in Leigh Sinton, you will work 40 hours per week with a permanent contract, contributing to patient-focused fundraising

The role

St Richard's Hospice is seeking a committed and motivated Full-time Driver to join our team, supporting the collection and delivery of donated goods across Worcestershire. Based at our Leigh Sinton warehouse, you'll play a vital role in enhancing our customer service by helping extend our operations into the weekend.

By ensuring smooth and timely collections and deliveries, you'll directly help us raise vital funds to support our patient services. Join a passionate team and be part of a charity that makes a real difference in the lives of those with serious progressive illnesses.

About you

You will have experience of commercial driving and or experience of a customer facing role. You will have a good level of physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy items of furniture and stock. With the confidence and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

You will have excellent customer service and communication skills, with an approachable manner, communicating daily with customers and colleagues. A good level of physical fitness, with the ability to lift and move heavy furniture and stock.

You will embody our core values of professionalism, compassion, care and commitment, and someone who takes pride in demonstrating these values in their work.

A full, valid UK driving licence is an essential requirement for this position. You will need to be over the age of 21 and have C1 classification for this driving role for insurance purposes.
