Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking compassionate domiciliary care workers to support older adults in their own homes across Slough and surrounding towns. The role involves delivering dignified personal care, assisting with daily activities, and promoting independence with a person-centred approach.

Flexible seven-day shifts are available as full-time or part-time positions. A valid UK driving licence is required, with DBS checks and right-to-work confirmed prior to employment.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Enhanced DBS required prior to employment.
• Right to work checks completed before employment.
• Previous care experience is desirable but a caring attitude is essential.
• Excellent communication skills and empathy are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care with dignity and respect.

About the Role

We're looking for compassionate and dependable Domiciliary Care Workers to join a welcoming home care team supporting people to live independently in the comfort of their own homes.

Working across Cookham, Windsor, Holyport, Old Windsor, Hedgerley, Maidenhead and Hurley, you'll provide high-quality, person-centred care to predominantly older adults aged 55 and over, with occasional support provided to younger adults aged 18+.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships, promoting independence and making a genuine difference within their local community.

Shift Patterns

Flexible shifts are available across a seven-day service, including:

• Full and part-time opportunities
• Weekend availability preferred
