Job summary

Grace 247 Care is hiring a Domiciliary Care Assistant to support people to live safely, happily and independently in their own homes. If you're kind, reliable and enjoy helping others, you'll fit right in—even if you've never worked in care before.

You'll provide safe, person-centred care, assist with meals, medication prompts and personal care, encourage independence, follow care plans and build meaningful relationships with the people you support—making a real difference every day.
