Job summary

Ad Warrior Ltd is hiring a Care Assistant to join our domiciliary care team serving clients in Maidenhead and Windsor. You will provide high-quality support in clients' homes, assisting with personal care, meals, medication where appropriate, mobility and daily tasks, while protecting dignity and independence.

No prior care experience is required—kindness and reliability matter most. Full training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

We are looking for a kind, caring and reliable Care Assistant to join our friendly domiciliary care team, providing high-quality care and support to people in their own homes across Maidenhead and Windsor.

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping others and takes pride in making a positive difference to people's everyday lives. Previous care experience is desirable, but we are also happy to consider applicants who have the right attitude, compassion and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and support to clients in their own homes
• Helping with washing, dressing and personal hygiene
• Supporting with meal preparation and light household tasks
• Assisting with medication as required
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Supporting clients to maintain their independence and dignity
• Following individual care plans and ensuring clients receive safe, person-centred care
