Job summary

Flexy Support Ltd in Surrey (covering Woking and surrounding areas) is hiring Domiciliary Care Workers for full and part-time roles. You will support elderly and vulnerable clients in their own homes, helping with personal care, nutrition and wellbeing.

We welcome compassionate individuals; prior care experience is helpful but not essential. Flexible shifts, ongoing training, and supportive team environment are offered.

Domiciliary Care Worker – Full & Part Time

Areas Covered: Woking, Guildford, Godalming, Knaphill, Farnham and surrounding areas

Experienced Care Workers:
Weekdays £13.75 per hour
Weekends £15.20 per hour
Bank Holidays £20.63 per hour
Care Workers with no previous experience:
Weekdays £13.50 per hour
Weekends £14.65 per hour
Bank Holidays £20.25 per hour

We are currently looking for caring and dependable individuals to join our growing domiciliary care team supporting clients within their own homes across Surrey.

This is a rewarding role where you will be supporting elderly and vulnerable individuals to remain safe, comfortable and as independent as possible in familiar surroundings. The care you provide will make a genuine difference to somebody’s daily life.

Duties may include personal care, medication support, meal preparation, companionship, mobility support, shopping visits and general wellbeing checks.

We are looking for people who are naturally compassionate, patient and reliable. Previous care experience is welcomed, but it is not essential. We value personality and attitude just as much as experience, and some of our strongest carers have previously worked within hospitality, retail, customer service and education.

You will be joining a supportive and hands on team who understand the realities of working within care. Ongoing support, regular communication and quality training are a big part of how we work, and we aim to make every member of staff feel valued and supported.

Pay rates:

• Experienced Care Workers:
  

• Weekdays £13.75 per hour

• Weekends £14.65 per hour
