Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment is assisting an independent, family‑run health care provider in Diss, Norfolk to recruit a Domiciliary Care Branch Manager. The role focuses on growing the domiciliary service and driving high standards.

You will oversee daily operations, build the customer base, lead a team, ensure CQC compliance, and liaise with healthcare professionals to implement best practices.

A competitive salary of £45,000 plus benefits, 25 days holiday, pension and medical insurance.

Qualifications

• Must have NVQ Level 4/5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
• Previous experience in domiciliary care is essential.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.

You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

This is an independent, family-run organisation dedicated to providing quality person-centred care to people living in their own homes and residential homes

**Must have a minimum NVQ Level 4/5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent and previous experience within a domiciliary care setting is essential**

As the Domiciliary Care Branch Manager your key responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the day to day running of the Branch
• Build the customer base

• Liaise with Healthcare professionals to understand best practice within the industry

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Excellent business acumen with a strong desire to develop and grow the service
• Comprehensive knowledge of CQC standards
• Good leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively
• Full UK driving licence/car owner

The successful Domiciliary Care Branch Manager will receive an excellent salary of £45,000 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role for 40 hours a week working from 9am to 5pm. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
